Vår Energi awards an ISO contract
ISONOR Industrier has in collaboration with StS been awarded the ISO contract for all of Vår Energi’s installations, Goliat, Balder, Ringhorne and Jotun A. The contract is for 3 years, plus options 1 + 1 + 1 year starting 15.11.2020.
ISONOR Industrier and StS have entered into a Joint Venture collaboration (50/50) in connection with this contract and look forward to a long and good collaboration with Vår Energi.
This means that the Joint Venture partners can expand their order backlog in all disciplines- insulation, scaffolding, surface treatment and rope access technique and thereby secure jobs in both companies, says CEO Ilari Rajalehto in ISONOR Industrier AS and CEO Ingrid Solheim in the StS group in a joint statement.
ISONOR Industrier has been a proud supplier to Vår energi for a number of years and is pleased that they renew their confidence by expanding their existing portfolio to include Goliat. We chose to join with StS in order to strengthen our total competence with StS ‘specialized services and ensure that Vår energi gets a supplier alliance with extensive capacity and full attention when they realize their ambitious growth plans, says Rajalehto in ISONOR further.
The scope of work assigned includes planning, engineering and execution in the services of insulation, scaffolding and industrial surface treatment.
The joint venture agreement between the companies is a back-to-back agreement that will ensure that Vår energi receives comprehensive deliveries. The Norwegian-owned partners offer long and extensive industrial experience in their subject areas, good HSE results and a high management focus that will make the partnership a success for Vår energi, Solheim in StS adds.
Together with our existing customer portfolio, we will now be able to strengthen all our focus areas within ISO subjects and specialized services and are humbled by the trust we now receive from Vår energi, Rajalehto and Solheim report.
